We honour refunds for unused capacity and for system failures on our side. The rules below set out exactly when, how much, and through which channel.
Eligibility
- Single-evaluation plans: non-refundable once the evaluation is started.
- Multi-evaluation plans: refund pro-rated by unused evaluation quota, minus 5% processing fee, if requested within 7 days of purchase. Specific terms are listed per tier at /plans.
- Failed evaluations (system error) are refunded in full or re-credited as the user prefers.
How to request
From /account/billing or by emailing billing@example.com. Refunds are processed via Cashfree (INR plans) or Stripe (international plans) back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
