Sub-processors

Every third-party service that may receive personal data on our behalf — purpose, region, and DPA status.

Draft — pending legal review
DPDPA 2023
GDPR Art. 28
AWS DPA

Third parties we engage to provide the service. We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each. Material changes are announced before they take effect.

Current sub-processors

Mongo runs in a Docker container on our own AWS infrastructure (no Atlas). Vector search uses brute-force similarity in our FastAPI service, not a third-party vector DB.
